Success-Fee Based

Our professional search fee is contingent upon the successful completion of the search. There is no obligation to your organization unless our placement is successful.

Our contingency fee is calculated as an agreed-upon percentage of the first year's base salary of the placed individual. A bill is invoiced upon start date.

If the individual terminates within a specified time, we will replace the individual or apply the fee paid to another placement.
